Sales terms and conditions

The terms of sale apply to both buyers in the Broccoliheads online store and sellers whose goods are sold in the store. The Broccoliheads.com online store is owned by Tuali OÜ, registered under code 16075075, located at Sarapiku, Kuremäe, Alutaguse Vald, 41201, Estonia.

1. Prices and Product Information

1.1. The prices of products sold in the Broccoliheads online store are indicated next to the products. An additional fee for delivery applies, which is covered by the buyer.

1.2. Product information is provided in the product description. The product information originates from the seller, who is responsible for its accuracy.

2. Placing an Order

2.1. To order a product, the desired items must be added to the shopping cart.

2.2. To complete the order, the required fields must be filled in, and a suitable delivery method must be selected.

2.3. The total amount due will then be displayed, which can be paid using the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank payments
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • "Pay Later" solutions
  • Kniks gift card

NB! When paying via bank link, make sure to click the "Return to Merchant" button on the bank’s page.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payments take place outside the online store in a secure environment – for bank link payments, in the respective bank's secure environment, and for credit card payments, in Maksekeskus AS’s secure environment. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank or credit card details. The agreement enters into force when the payable amount is received in the online store’s bank account.

The online store owner is the controller of personal data and will transfer the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

2.4. The sales contract enters into force once the payment is received in Broccoliheads’ bank account.

2.5. Broccoliheads will send an order confirmation to the email address provided in the order.

3. Delivery and Shipping Time

3.1. The delivery time depends on the type and quantity of the ordered goods. In-stock items are delivered within 3-7 days.

3.2. If necessary, Broccoliheads will arrange delivery for an additional service fee. In this case, Broccoliheads is responsible for the delivery time.

3.3. If the order cannot be fulfilled within the specified delivery time, Broccoliheads will contact the customer to offer a new delivery time or a refund.

3.4. The ordered goods will be delivered to a parcel locker or via another agreed delivery method.

3.5. Once the goods have been delivered, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

4.2. To withdraw, the buyer must submit a free-form withdrawal request and send it via email to infobroccoliheads@gmail.com.

4.3. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days from submitting the withdrawal request.

4.4. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the buyer, except in cases where the goods were defective or incorrect.

5. Return Conditions

5.1. If the product is returned within 14 days from the purchase date, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

5.2. If the product is returned after 14 days, the refund will be issued as a gift card valid for 1 year.

5.3. The returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • A proof of purchase must be presented (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation email).
  • The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
  • The product must be unused and clean.
  • The product must not have been assembled and then disassembled.

5.4. If the buyer receives a defective product, the seller is responsible for non-compliance with contract terms for two years from the date of delivery.

5.5. The buyer must submit a complaint within two months of discovering the defect.

5.6. Broccoliheads does not reimburse shipping costs, except when the product is defective.

6. Service Fees

6.1. Additional service fees may apply for certain services, such as special deliveries and extra services.

6.2. Service fees are displayed during the checkout process and are visible before confirming the order.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Broccoliheads reserves the right to amend and supplement the terms of sale, notifying customers via the online store’s website.

7.2. If the buyer and seller cannot resolve disputes through negotiation, the buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or take legal action under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

7.3. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and European Union directives.
